1. Refunds within 12 hours: You can request a refund within 12 hours of placing an order. If you cancel your order and would like a full refund, please contact us as soon as possible.

2. After 12 hours: Orders placed more than 12 hours ago are not eligible for a full refund. Packages are often sent to customs. A full refund is not available. You can receive a refund of up to 50% of the order amount, which covers the costs of retrieving the package from customs.

3. No refunds after shipment: If the package has already been shipped and you have a tracking number, no refunds are available.

4. Insurance and customs issues: All packages are insured. If customs detains your package and does not release it, you will receive a full refund.

5. Wrong address or shipping issues: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer cannot be contacted, the customer must pay for the new shipping costs.

6. Damaged or defective product: If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
