Response to False “Scam Website” Accusations
We categorically reject and strongly oppose the recent publication claiming that bangvapes.uk, bangvapes.it, and bangvapes.de are “fake,” “fraudulent,” or involved in scam activities.
These accusations are false, misleading, and irresponsible.
1. False Accusations Without Legal Basis
The article in question makes serious allegations—including fraud and impersonation—without providing any court ruling, legal judgment, or enforceable evidence.
Publicly labeling operating businesses as “scams” without judicial determination is not consumer protection; it is defamation by intimidation.
To date:
- No court has ruled that our websites are illegal
- No authority has determined that our operations are fraudulent
- No legally binding decision has confirmed any infringement by our websites
2. “Official Website Only” Is a Marketing Claim, Not a Legal Fact
The claim that only one domain worldwide is “the ONLY official website” is a self-declared marketing statement, not a legal conclusion.
In the vaping industry:
- Multiple distributors legally sell identical or near-identical products
- OEM / ODM manufacturing is standard practice
- Product appearance and packaging similarity are industry norms, not proof of fraud
Being the loudest online does not make one party the sole legitimate operator.
3. Same Supply Chain ≠ Scam
It is an open industry fact that many vaping products originate from the same upstream manufacturers.
Therefore:
- Identical products
- Similar packaging
- Similar marketing visuals
are the result of shared supply chains, not deception.
Attempting to reframe common OEM sourcing as “scam activity” is deliberately misleading.
4. Abuse of Fear-Based Messaging
We condemn the use of:
- Alarmist language
- Red warning banners
- Public “blacklists” of domains
designed to frighten consumers and eliminate competitors rather than inform them.
This behavior raises serious concerns about unfair competition and market manipulation, especially when no legal process has taken place.
5. Our Position Is Clear
- bangvapes.uk, bangvapes.it, and bangvapes.de are real, operating commercial websites
- All orders are fulfilled with actual products
- Customer service and after-sales support are provided
- No evidence supports claims of fraud or impersonation
If any party believes their intellectual property rights are infringed, the only legitimate route is legal correspondence or court action—not online smear campaigns.
6. Notice to the Publisher
We formally request that the publisher:
- Cease publishing unverified accusations
- Remove misleading statements implying criminal activity
- Refrain from presenting unilateral claims as established facts
Failure to do so may result in further action to protect our lawful business interests.
Consumers deserve facts, not fear.
Markets deserve competition, not intimidation.
